Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email our support team with your order number and we will send you instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

HydraKor Shield Warranty

Separate from returns, every vest can be covered by our 12-month Shield warranty (included free on Duo and Trio bundles, available as an add-on for single vests). If your vest rips, leaks or breaks within 12 months of normal use, email us your order number with a quick photo or short video of the issue. Once our team confirms it, we ship a brand new replacement right away, and you keep the original, nothing to send back.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement at no cost.

Exceptions

Free digital products (such as the HydraKor Field Guide) are not eligible for refunds. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
