Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Delivery

Shipping is free and tracked on every order, worldwide. Typical delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. During high-demand periods delivery can occasionally take a few days longer.

Tracking

Track your package any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost packages

If your order is lost in transit and tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of dispatch, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
